Apsara has five Resort Zone room types and three Villa Zone products. The clearest way to compare them is by published size, formal view, layout and the type of water access included.
The Resort Zone contains Deluxe Room, Deluxe Seaview, Family Deluxe, Pool Access and Suite accommodation. Across the lagoon, the Villa Zone contains Jacuzzi Villa, Pool Villa and Family Pool Villa.
This guide compares their published features. It does not replace a live booking check for rates, availability, bed requests, child policies or special arrangements.
The Deluxe Room is 42 sq.m. with a formal Garden View. Its page lists a private balcony and says bathrooms may have either a shower only or a bathtub and shower.
This is the smallest published category in the current Apsara range, but size alone does not tell you the bathroom configuration. Ask if a bathtub matters to your stay.
The Deluxe Seaview is 47 sq.m. with a formal Sea View, private balcony, bathtub and shower. That gives it five additional square metres compared with the Deluxe Room and a different outlook.
The bed information needs care. The page's descriptive paragraph mentions a king bed, while its formal specification lists double or twin plus an extra bed. Confirm the setup you need with the hotel before booking.
The Family Deluxe is 47 sq.m. with a formal Garden View. Its published bed layout is one king bed and one queen bed, and the formal occupancy is two adults with two children or four adults.
This category keeps the sleeping space in one room. It is different from the Suite, which uses separate sleeping and living areas.
The Pool Access Room is 53 sq.m. with a formal Pool View. Its defining feature is direct access from the private terrace to a shared free-flow pool.
Direct pool access is not the same as a private pool. Confirm current access rules and suitability for every guest in your party, especially children or anyone who needs closer supervision around water.
The Suite is 94 sq.m. with a formal Sea View. Its current page describes separate sleeping and living areas and a private balcony.
The extra area and separated layout are the main comparison points. Do not assume that the Suite has more bedrooms or a private water feature unless the hotel confirms it.
The Jacuzzi Villa is 120 sq.m. with a formal Garden View. The current page lists a separate bedroom and living area, private garden, sunbeds and an outdoor Jacuzzi.
Choose it for the separated indoor layout and outdoor Jacuzzi rather than for pool access. A Jacuzzi is not a swimming pool.
The Pool Villa is 180 sq.m. with a formal Pool View. Its page describes a private pool, outdoor rain shower, gazebo, bedroom, living room with sofa bed, walk-in wardrobes and two televisions.
This is a one-bedroom villa layout with a private pool. Confirm the published occupancy and any child or extra-bed arrangement for your dates.
The Family Pool Villa is also 180 sq.m. with a formal Pool View. Its published layout has two bedrooms, one double bed and two single beds, plus a private pool, rain shower and garden gazebo.
The page currently publishes an occupancy figure of two adults and one child, which appears inconsistent with the two-bedroom description. Ask the hotel for the current permitted occupancy before booking it for a larger party.
The Deluxe Seaview and Suite list Sea View as their formal outlook. The Deluxe Seaview is the smaller room. The Suite adds separate sleeping and living areas.
A sea-view category does not guarantee an identical angle from every room. Use the formal category description and ask the hotel how views vary rather than relying on one gallery image.
The Suite has separate sleeping and living areas, but its page does not describe a second bedroom. The Jacuzzi Villa and Pool Villa also separate the bedroom from the living room.
The Family Pool Villa is the published two-bedroom option. Family Deluxe uses two beds within one room.
